1. Who were the best and worst kings of the Middle Ages?
  • Play 'King Top Trumps' taken from pages 121-123
  • Now complete Activity 1 on page 120. You should draw out the 'life-line' on two pages of your books

2. Why did some monarchs score lower than John?
  • Now do some extra research into the monarchs up to 1500 that scored lower than John. You could use pages 90-96 in the Medieval Minds textbook.
  • Note down what they did that was so bad and why they are seen as worse monarchs than John
  • Use these notes to write a draft paragraph starting with the sentence:
