What: What is Leadership? Working together to define the key concept of Leadership and what the role of a leader is.
Why: Leadership is a word that we use a lot but do we really know what it is, what it looks like and what qualities you need to be a good Leader? It is important to take time to define Leadership and to understand that Leadership means different things to different people and that there are lots of different kinds of Leaders.
How: As a group we will consider the different roles of leaders and work together to come up with a definition of Leadership that will be recorded in our Leadership note book.
