Creating successful Teams
What: How do you lead a team to success?
Why: Strong leaders have strong support teams to assist them — not a team of yes people. Strong leadership teams are comprised of individuals who each have a unique voice, diverse skill sets and are not shy to challenge leaders. Two (or more) heads are always better than one, especially for making impactful decisions.

Task: Create a unique Team
Your Teacher will select 4 or 5 Leaders at random.
Each leader should take turns to build a team. This team should be diverse, creative, hardworking and good under pressure.
Once the teams are decided you should then select a product from the bag that you teacher has.
